 STABLE AND RELIABLE CLAMPING UNIT
Optimized and FEA the clamping system,box-type mold platen design, strong and durable. Adopt high quality copper toggle bushes on tiebars guiding parts, clamping fast, stable and working life long.
Features: original box high rigid template structure, locking support rails with high rigidity design, effectively reduce the deformation, the calculation and optimization design of machine hinge structure to achieve ultra stable and fast lock- ing effect, volume modulus increase, gear die device mechanical safety lock and 180 degree rotary products hopper, to achieve a personalized your needs, make your operation more simple!

STABLE INJECTION UNIT
Features: A short powerful double cylinder injection system and high precision linear guide rail, with low inertia and high response mechanism to ensure smooth injection, injec- tion and template deformation, optimization design of screw assembly, achieve better plasticizing effect. Automatic cleaning bucket, anti salivation,anti cold start delay function, ensure the efficient, convenient and safe.
 

HYDRAULIC UNIT
High level imported hydraulic parts, fast response, precise and stable movement. Multiple hydraulic systems for choice
Features:
-The advanced configuration, the servo system, can save energyup to 20-80%.
-It uses the high pressure filter screen in order to control the greasy dirt at NASB8-9
-60 um filter screen has a super strong capacity of receiving pollutant which can be replaced easily.
-The zero back pressure glue-smelting unit improves plasticizing effect and plasticizing capacity by 60% compared with common molders.
-According to the fluid simulation analysis, the design of optimized oil way can achieve a large bore and non-resis- tance, so its pipeline loss is more than 10% lower than the traditional design and its overall unit noise is more than6 db lower.
-The new type of oil tank design is in favor of air's separation, in order to ensure good operation of the servo system, and it is convenient for cleaning.
